Download Instructions

Below is a couple steps to quickly & successfully download mixtapes from this website! Please follow all steps and you will have your mixtape playing on your desktop/laptop in less then 2 minutes!

• If your computer doesn’t already have WinRAR please download it.. If you are unsure where to get a copy you can download one by clicking HERE (www.MixtapeSource.net) or clicking HERE (www.Download.com). After clicking the download link a box will pop up asking you where you would like to save the program to.. Click “Save File”. After downloading WinRAR to the directory of your choice, you will need to install it. If you are unsure on how to install it, there should be a help me file located with the program.

• After installing WinRAR to your computer. Search MixtapeSource.net for any mixtape you desire, and go to the bottom of the post and click the “Download NOW” link. Clicking the link will result in a box opening up with the first option being “Open up with…”  and “Save File” being the second. You want to choose the second one and save it to a directory of your choice.

• After the mixtape download is complete, open up the folder you saved the mixtape to and click/open the file. This will open up WinRAR, the program you need to use to extract the mixtape to your computer.

• After opening up WinRAR, the second option in the navigation menu from the right is “Extract To”… Click it & extract it to the same folder.

• After the extract is complete, simply open the mixtapes folder and listen to any of the songs!
